My name is Jared, the founder of IRL. Here’s a glimpse into my backstory to briefly explain how this whole movement unfolded.
Let’s go back to December of 2022. At that time, I was in my third year of University, feeling out of sync with who I truly was and what I could achieve. I knew that entrepreneurship held the key and quickly realized the power of having authenticconnections by my side. I joined numerous Discord servers and other online communities to surround myself with like-minded individuals.
However, not only were these communities filled with surface-level connections. More importantly, I came to a realization that I did not want to settle for connections limited to pixels on a screen. The human touch was clearly missing. I yearned for real, in-person connections with a specific kind of individual:
The mavericks of their hometown.
Those daring to take risks and pursue self-actualization.
All while having a thirst for travel and new experiences.
I knew these were out there but finding them was the issue. I felt compelled to seek them and take matters into my own hands. And it was at that moment that sparked the birth of IRL.

What is The IRL Experience?
IRL is quite different than your typical online community on popular platforms such as Discord or Skool. IRL prioritizes face-to-face interactions and real-world experiences and connections.Through the power of technology, we effortlessly come together digitally through our own online platform.
Once those digital connections are established, we transcend past the digital realm through curated member-only in-person experiences across the world. Ultimately, fostering a a new friend group of killers by your side during your entrepreneurial and self-improvement endeavours.

A fundamental pillar within IRL as we recognize our connection to something larger than ourselves. Whether it’s a higher power or simply a deeper sense of purpose. We emphasize spirituality through book club discussions as well as practices like meditation to seek inner peace as we journey through life.

The last pillar and keystone of IRL. It’s intentionally placed last, as mastering it requires a solid foundation built on the preceding pillars. IRL provides a unique brotherhood through curated experiences that set us apart from other online communities. However, we still encourage our members to engage in other types of communities that may pique your interest as you can never have enough connections.
Aside from the financial commitment, there's also a required investment of time and energy. While we recognize the demanding schedules of entrepreneurs, being an active member of IRL should be a priority. As wonderful as our experiences are, they become even more enriching when members are consistently connecting digitally and actively engaging in the online platform. This includes attending calls along actively engaging in chats and discussions.
No problem whatsoever. We have members who are in college while pursuing their entrepreneurial endeavors on the side. Our community is diverse; some are currently in college, while others may have graduated or chosen a different path. Nonetheless, we all unite around a similar mindset, shared values, and goals.
You will have access to IRL for 12 months from the date you purchase your subscription if granted access to the community. Once the 12 months expires, you will have the option to either have your subscription automatically renewed or cancel it if you wish to do so.
This question comes up frequently, and the answer is quite simple. In today's world, many men feel more isolated than ever before. The concept of brotherhood seems to have faded, leaving men unsure of where to find their tribe. Particularly for entrepreneurs, the journey can feel especially lonely. That's why we've created a men-only space where members can not only learn from each other and enjoy exciting experiences but also open up and be vulnerable with each other, fostering genuine connections and support.
